Delete in the app — immediate
1. Open HOGER and go to Profile → Account Settings.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.
3. Your account and its data are deleted right away.
Or request deletion by email
If you can't access the app (lost device, uninstalled), email
snehp92@gmail.com
from the Google account email you signed in with, with the subject
"HOGER account deletion request". We verify the address matches the
account and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account; your homes and their details; your service
records, photos, notes, and costs; your saved providers and clients; your
reviews; any published Home History Report links (they stop working
immediately); notification tokens; and sign-in identifiers.
What may be retained, and why
Reviews you published about providers are removed with your
account.
Records a service professional logged about work on a home
belong to that professional's ledger and are not deleted by your account
deletion — they contain no link to your account once it's gone.
Aggregated, de-identified analytics (crash statistics, feature
usage counts) contain no personal data and may be retained.
Email suppression entries (if you unsubscribed from invites)
are kept as a hash so we never email you again.
