Privacy Policy

HOGER is a home service ledger for homeowners and service providers. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

How it's used

Solely to provide HOGER's features: storing and syncing your ledger, connecting homeowners and providers who share an address or contact, verifying ownership, sending reminders and notifications, and improving stability. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

What others can see

Your records stay yours. When your address matches the other party's, HOGER shows only the minimum needed to connect you — a provider's business name and the address on record, never your name or phone number without your confirmation. Connecting always requires your explicit "yes."

Where it lives

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage) under your account, protected by security rules restricting access to you; cross-account features run through audited server functions. Photos of service records stay on your device. Address autocomplete is processed by Google's Places API under Google's own privacy policy.
